What does EuthBook cost?
Five dollars per completed transaction, or six with Google Street View turned on. There is no subscription, no per-seat license, and no contract. No appointments, no fee.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create your account and use EuthBook without ever putting a card on file. Your first 60 days are free,4 and after that our fee is collected with your client's payment, so you are only charged when you are paid.
How do clients pay?
Online, before the visit. Most families pay within minutes of the authorization arriving, using one tap Apple Pay or Google Pay on the phone they are already holding. No card entry, no reader to carry, no receipt to write.
Do I need my own Square account?
Yes, and that is the point. You connect your own Square account, and an existing one works. Payments land there, and the money reaches your bank on your schedule. We never hold it.
Does EuthBook provide an online calendar?
Yes. The EuthBook Calendar embeds directly into your own website under your own branding, so families book a time without ever leaving your site or seeing someone else’s logo. The answers they give auto-populate your authorizations and procedure notes, so nothing is retyped and there is no second subscription to pay for.
What do I need to run it?
A phone. EuthBook runs in the browser on iPhone, Android, Mac, and PC with nothing to install. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Is Google Street View required?
No. Street View is opt-in and enabled from your account page. While it is active, a one dollar fee is added to each appointment.
Does Street View work for every address?
Not always. Street View uses Google’s own street photos, so rural roads, private drives, gated communities and new construction may have no imagery, and EuthBook will tell you when a view isn’t available. When there is imagery, Google chooses the closest camera position, so you may see the home at an angle, from down the street, or from the side. Google’s photos can also be a few years old. While Street View is on, the fee applies to each appointment regardless of availability.
Does it work without a signal?
EuthBook is built for a connected device. Some functions are limited without a signal, so a connection is recommended for best performance.
What happens to my records if I stop using EuthBook?
Nothing changes. You can continue to access your records. If you decide to close your account, contact support and we will arrange a records transfer.
Do my clients need a EuthBook account?
No. Clients can book, sign the authorization, and pay through the workflow without creating a separate EuthBook account.
What if I only see a few appointments?
There is no monthly subscription. The EuthBook transaction fee applies when a completed transaction is processed, so there is no software charge simply for having an account during a quiet period.
Do I have to use every feature?
No. Street View is optional, and the core workflow can be used without it. EuthBook is designed to give you the tools that fit your practice without requiring unused clinic modules.
